Having a lazy breakfast is one of my favourite things to do, taking a little time to start the day right. With my routine I like relaxed mornings to get all my jobs done and out of the way.
Currently I am loving my little, personalised slate breakfast tray – how perfect! Great as a gift for anyone who loves breakfast in bed!
As I have often shared on here is my Slimming World diet. Cooked breakfasts are one of the easiest meals to create a Lazy Morning Slimming World Friendly Breakfast.
These oval cast iron sizzler pan can be popped straight into the oven. I make my breakfast in them by first putting my oven on the highest temperature available. I spray the pans with fry light, add in a frozen Linda Mccartney Vegetarian Red Onion And Rosemary Sausage and set a timer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I add my mushrooms and tomatoes. Jon isn’t vegetarian so adds bacon at this stage and again add a timer of 5 minutes. Next add your baked beans and again leave for 5 minutes. Finally add your eggs and cook for a final 5 minutes.
This is a super simple way to make your cooked breakfast in a very healthy way. I love making it and whilst waiting for stages I have time to tidy up my kitchen! Whats your favourite lazy morning breakfast?
