Elizabeth Arden Hydrating Face Mask

I recently entered a competition with Fragrance Direct by writing a post about beauty trends for Autumn Winter 2014. I was lucky enough to win the competition which included an all expenses paid trip with Gold Tickets to Vodafone London Fashion Weekend as well as a Beauty Hamper full of Fragrance Direct Goodies. This arrived recently and was full of some lovely products which I have been trying out and will share with you, the first one of them being the Elizabeth Arden Hydrating Face Mask.

Elizabeth Arden Hydrating Face Mask

The mask is very thick in texture, creamy pale pink to match the packaging. It has a really mild, sweet yoghurt smell that isn’t overpowering at all. I have had very dry skin and loved the hydration this mask gave my skin. The mask gives a cooling effect when on and then even more so once removed. It also tingled slightly on blemished areas but caused no irritation or pain.

It made my skin feel pretty amazing afterwards and did seem to draw out impurities in my skin. I’ve used it two times now and the sore, dry areas around my mouth feel in such better condition. Its made my skin feel so fresh, clean and softer and washes off really easily. The tube is quite large so you get quite a lot of product for your money, maybe 6-10 depending on how much you use each time. With winter coming up I think I will restock this as I suffer from very bad dry skin on my face from the cold weather and this will really help. For the price vs quantity it works out around the same price as a cheap, one use, face mask.
