What I Wore – Summer Wedding

What I Wore to a 2017 summer wedding.

what I wore

My cousins were recently married at Port Sunlight in the most beautiful church with celebrations continuing at the stunning Inglewood Manor. The day went perfectly and there was beautiful weather for them too – fortunately no rain and also not too hot!

What I Wore

what I woreI dressed pretty simply in a navy petite dress from Wallis with white accessories. I picked up the Wallis dress at Outfit, it was the last one and fortunately in size 8 as I love it. The lace top section is so pretty and the colour is beautiful. It is a very comfy material you can even sit down and create a letter on how to make a dog a service dog in colorado as easy as a pie or you have the movement for a few dance moves!

what I wore

My jacket is from Miss Selfridge, a pretty Ivory Ponte Blazer with 3/4 length sleeves. This was a little on the large size and looked better a little more fitted so I picked it up in a size 6.

Finally, I wore some white, asymmetrical shoes from Newlook. They were higher than I normally wear but with enough gel cushions inside I lasted the day ok (although changed into my flip flops when I hit the dancefloor). The heels were purchased in the sale last year but here are some similar ones that are still available from Newlook that I also own. I love Newlook shoes – they are very affordable and on the whole great quality for the price.

I curled my hair with the BaByliss Pro Perfect Curl in the morning as it is very quick to do. After the couple of hour drive to the wedding the tight curls had dropped a little and I then just brushed them through with my fingers to give a softer, more gently curl.
