Today for my what Mary wore post is actually my outfit from Friday. The dress I’m wearing is one of my favourites and is one of the Sugarhill Boutique Butterfly Embroidered Dress‘s. It is such a beautiful dress with fantastic embroidered detail. Sugarhill Boutique started life in 2003 as an independent boutique in Barcelona, each garment is carefully worked on using a variety of techniques on the paradise island of Bali. The black fabric of the dress is made from 100% Rayon which is a natural fabric often used as an alternative to silk which hangs beautifully and is cool to wear. I find this dress extremely flattering as the elasticated panels give a very hourglass look.
I am also wearing an American Apparel Flex Hoodie stolen from my boyfriend which I love as it is so well made, comfy and warm. The boots are some of Newlook’s finest, Grey Cross Over Buckle Strap Ankle Boots and are a great pair of boots. My leather jacket was last years winter coat :).
