Makeup for blue eyes can be hard to get right but I loved pairing my pale complexion and blue eyes with Rimmel Scandal eyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner 004 Blue. Teamed with black liner this navy blue gel liner really made my eyes pop. I never would have tried a navy or blue eye liner as I generally go for neutral, natural shades on my eyes with black liner but this was one of the items that I received in my Fragrance Direct hamper. I used the MUA Eyeshadow Palette Undress Me Too to highlight the inner corners of my eyes and my eye lids. I used the Rimmel Scandal eyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner 004 Blue below the waterline and then did a regular cat flick above in black with both the Collection Extreme 24Hr Felt Tip Liner 7.8g Black 1 and Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner Black. For a large and dramatic lash effect I used the Yves Saint Laurent Autumn Look Volume Effet Faux Cils The Mat Mascara 6.4ml to give my lashes volume and length. I did a neutral lip as my eye makeup was dramatic and used GloMinerals Lipstick in shade Natural.
