In my Barry M Confetti Nail Paint Tutorial I will show you have to create this great effect using a simple technique. For this tutorial I used Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish Black Out as a base coat and Barry M Confetti Nail Paint Sour Apple to create the effect. To finish I used Revlon Top Coat Care Base And Top Coat to give a nice finish.
To create this effect start with 2 coats of colour. In my example I used black so that the confetti really stood out. From then add a layer of confetti, stopping before reaching the end. Apply a further coat stopping sooner than the first confetti layer. Repeat this step until you a happy with the result. Wait to dry and apply a top coat.
