Butterfly Nail Art – Stamping NOTD

Butterfly Nail Art

More summery nails for this unique sunshine that we have had this week in the UK. I started by painting my false nails with 2 coats of the Sally Hansen Orange You Cute? It is a really nice strong orangy, pink vibrant polish. I use false nails often for my nail art so that I can have the design on my right hand as well! I really don’t like long nails though so cut down my £3.60 ones from Ebay that last me ages. I painted more than I need to as my stamping often goes wrong and I can pick the best ones to wear.

I used the polish and stamping kit from the Konad Stamping Nail Art  but the stamping plate for the butterfly is from Factop New Salon Stamping Kit. The white and pink work really well together and only using the butterfly on a few I think works really well. To do the stamping all you need to do is add a little polish to the plate, scrape off the excess, pick up the design with the stamper and roll it across your nails, my new favourite nail art technique!

Have you tried Nail Stamping?

This is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve never even heard of nail stamping before. Do you have a tutorial or pics that walk you through the process? If not, that would be awesome!

I have the same nail stamper and it worked wonders! Everyone always gave me compliments on my nails, and seeing the nail art on your nails, I now know why! The vibrant pink paired with the white butterfly do look together, added to the fact that the pink is a great color for this spring!

That color is truly stunning. It looks almost iridescent in the bottle. I like how you added the nail art too! Just beautiful! :)
