Getting a Cheap Custom Domain for Blogger

You may or may not know that I use to do a section of the blog every week called tecky tuesday, well here is the return of it! For my previous posts in this style please look at my Blog Help section.

If you’re like me, you have probably taken more time that you ever wanted to admit publicly in picking your blog name. But you are just starting out or wanting to try it out and see if blogging was your thing before you wanted to go to the next step of spending a little bit of money on buying your domain name. You will be a stage where you need to find a place to get that name cheap and how you set it up correctly.

So what is a domain name and how does it differ to what I have now.

More than likely you probably have a name yourblognamehere.blogger.com, But if your really wanting to stand out you will want a custom domain name, such as mine for example letsstrikeapose.co.uk. There are tonnes of places to get them from this post will cover getting them from GoDaddy and how to set it up to work with blogger.

Linking your new domain name with Blogger.
