Flamingo Gifts – Christmas Gift Ideas

Christmas is coming and its time to start thinking about getting in your Christmas presents and doing some shopping. Personally I am really bad for buying all my gifts online as I just prefer the easy browsing, finding different ideas and avoiding all the crowds. I was recently contacted by Flamingo Gifts to choose a few of their items as they sell a whole range of quirky and unique gifts. I’m assuming that Flamingo Gifts is connected to Flamingo Candles, who I have written about before, as the candles are also stocked at Flamingo Gifts.

It was quite hard choosing my different items, especially as I am looking to move into my first place very soon and Flamingo Gifts have some amazing homewear items. My favourite item sent easily is the Folklore Storage Pot. It is so well made and beautifully decorated with its intricate, detailed woodland design. Its a stunning tin and I think I’ll be using it to store tea bags in my new home. Another homewear item I chose which is really reasonably priced were the Mushroom Salt & Pepper Shakers. I already knew I would like these as my sister also got some for going away with her to university so I have annoyed her by getting the same. They also have robot, tardis, strawberry, cupcake and watering can salt and pepper shakers that are awesome.

Flamingo Gifts also stock a lot of vintage presents, one item I received was the 1930’s inspired Red Telephone. I love the colour and design and a quirky, retro touch to a hallway. Their vintage range includes so many items that I want and may add to my Christmas list. The last item I chose from Flamingo Gifts was the Owl Ring Holder, again from their vintage boutique. If you read my blog you know I wear a lot of rings but have no storage for them on my dressing table so I thought this would come in really handy (plus I love owls).
