New Look recently sent me a few of their Christmas Party accessories to help me plan out my perfect Christmas party outfit ideas from their collection. The accessories I received had a lot of silver and sparkle, a splash of colour from the Lilac Clutch and Navy Nail Polish and some make up from their range to create a subtle smokey eye with nude, natural light pink lips. I would team up these accessories with their Amalie and Amber Black Sequin Midi Dress and beautiful Silver Holographic Ankle Strap Block Heels.

I wear a lot of New Look clothing and buy their bags, they are perfect for a sale, but I have always avoided their makeup and jewellery. In my local New Look, and I’m not sure if everyone notices this, but in the past their jewellery is often left broken and a bit of a mess. I never expected the necklace I was sent to be of good quality as I have always steered clear but was really pleasantly surprised. I’m not big on diamonds and gems but this necklace is more of a crushed mirror effect and looks like sparkly bunting round my neck.

Onto the New Look make up I was sent to give me accessories inspiration for Christmas Party Outfit Ideas. I have also never tried any of the New Look makeup collection, it’s a similar price to drug store brands and I tend to stick to what I know. On my eyes I have a combination of the Pure Colour Black Liquid Eyeliner and Pure Colour Light Grey Shimmer Eye Shadow. The eyeshadow had a very metallic pigment and was lovely to apply. The eyeliner was very impressive and reminded me of my old favourite eyeliner, the Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner. It was very easy to apply and lasted the entire day.
